1. The surrounding working temperature when engaged in steel plate lifting cannot exceed 150°C, and cannot be lower than minus 20°C.
2. When lifting irregular steel plates, try to use the form of horizontal lifting to lift the steel plates, and avoid using vertical lifting.
3. Although the anti-skid gear of the steel plate clamp has a good bite force, it cannot lift objects higher than HRC20, otherwise the bite will not be stable.
4. When using steel plate lifting pliers to lift heavy objects, if it is found that the objects to be lifted are dirty with rust, oil stains, paint, etc., they need to be cleaned in time before lifting operations.
5. Steel plate tongs can only be used to lift steel, not suitable for lifting heavy objects made of materials other than steel.
6. It should be ensured that the lifting site is clean and tidy, and there are no redundant objects blocking the user's sight, or encountering lifting objects during lifting and other problems that affect the normal operation of the lifting work. In particular, it should be noted that when the staff use the steel plate tongs to lift, they must ensure that other staff cannot enter under the lifted heavy objects, so as to avoid serious accidents caused by the heavy objects falling off.
