Use skills of ultra-thin jack

　　There are skills in everything, and the use of lifting equipment is no exception. The following are the skills of using the ultra-thin jack that are often used by Shanghai Engineering Group for your reference:

　　1. The center of gravity of the weight should be selected appropriately, the point of force of the jack should be reasonably selected, and the bottom should be leveled.

　　2. In the soft and hard conditions of the ground, whether it is necessary to pad tough wood, and whether it is placed stably to avoid sinking or tilting under the load.

　　3. After the jack lifts the weight, the weight shall be supported firmly with a support in time. It is forbidden to use the jack as a support.

　　4. If several jacks are required to lift at the same time, the jacks should be properly placed, the multi-top diverter valve should be used, and the load of each jack should be balanced, and the lifting speed should be kept synchronized. It is also necessary to consider the possible subsidence of the ground due to uneven weight to prevent the lifting object from tilting and causing danger.

　　5. Do not overload or overload, or serious oil leakage will occur at the top of the oil cylinder when the lifting height or tonnage exceeds the specified value.

　　6. When using, first connect the quick connector of the manual pump with the top, then select the position and tighten the oil drain screw on the oil pump to work.

　　7. To lower the piston rod, unscrew the hand wheel of the manual oil pump slightly in the counterclockwise direction, unload the jack cylinder, and the piston rod will gradually drop. Note: If you need to support heavy objects for a long time, please use CLL self-locking jack
