人 Ordinary lifting tongs are not suitable for horizontal lifting of some round steel plates, steel pipes, cement pipes, etc., but round steel lifting tongs are just right. The load range of this lifting tongs is 0-5 tons, and the temperature range of its workpiece is normal temperature. It can be used up to 1250°C.
1. The user checks the identification, appearance, rotation of each shaft pin, and whether the opening and closing of the jaws are flexible and firm, and can be put into use only after all of them meet the requirements.
2. This lifting tong is directly hooked to the big head ring by the crane head within the bearing range to realize the lifting and unloading of the clamped workpiece.
3. The load of the tongs is 10 tons, and overweight lifting is not allowed.
4. When using the tongs, the worker needs to drive the crane above the tongs, adjust the hook to the appropriate position of the big head ring, and hang the hook into the big head ring.
5. When the tongs are not hoisted, the jaws of the tongs are at the z largest opening position.
6. Lift the tongs, and hook the telescopic rod of the shutter to the slot of the shutter.
7. Move the tongs to the top of the round steel, align the two pairs of jaws with the round steel and then drop it. When the telescopic rod of the shutter touches the bottom of the shutter, it will automatically rotate and unhook.
8. After the telescopic rod of the switch is unhooked, lift the crane and clamp the round steel.
9. After clamping the round steel, move it to the designated position at a constant speed. After placing the round steel, drop the tongs until the telescopic rod of the shutter touches the top of the shutter slot, and automatically rotates into the slot of the shutter. After the rod hooks the shutter, hoist the tongs to a safe location.
The round steel lifting tongs can lift pipes and round steel with a diameter of up to 320mm, and it is very small and light. It is an indispensable sling product in the work.
