1. The function of lifting clamps: the weight of the hoisted object must not exceed the limit working load of the sling. Before use, the sling used should be visually inspected, and the limit working load should be checked according to the lifting load of the sling, which meets the requirements. It can be used at the rear, and the complete set of lifting rigging is the same.
2. Lifting and spreaders are not allowed to be repaired or processed (welding, heating, heat treatment, surface chemical treatment) without authorization. If the above treatment is necessary, it should be sent back to the original manufacturer or carried out under the guidance of the original manufacturer's experts.
3. When lifting heavy objects, lift off the ground slowly to avoid accidents caused by the inertial force generated by sudden lifting.
4. Do not stack other things on top of the lifted heavy objects, and it is forbidden to stand below people during the lifting operation.
5. Before the lifting operation, check whether each part of the lifting tongs can be used normally. If any problem is found, it should be repaired or replaced in time.
6. Do not loosen the hook or untie the hoisting rigging before temporarily fixing the lifting tongs in place. After the components are fixed, the firmness and stability of the connection should be checked. When the connection is confirmed to be safe and reliable, the temporary fixing tools can be removed and the next step of hoisting can be carried out.
