Lifting pliers are a tool used for lifting steel plate objects. Lifting tongs are mainly used in automobiles, aviation, metallurgy and other fields. In order to avoid accidents, special care should be taken when using them.
1. The lifting tong is a special lifting tool, and the hanging operation must be carried out by a qualified person for the hanging operation.
2. Due to the wide variety of lifting tongs, it is necessary to choose a model that matches the purpose.
3. Select the rated load of the lifting tongs and use them within the allowable load range. Overloading is strictly prohibited.
4. Select the opening size of the lifting tongs and use them within the allowable thickness range.
5. Heavy lifting, stage lifting, joint lifting, leaning object lifting and horizontal grasping lifting are not allowed.
6. It is strictly forbidden for staff to enter the area where hanging objects fall or turn over.
7. It is not allowed to hit or collide with hanging objects and spreaders.
8. During the operation of the lifting tongs, the hanging object should be moved slowly and steadily, and the hanging object should not be moved or stopped suddenly.
9. To avoid heavy lifting, try to use more than two lifting tongs for lifting operations.
10. Before use, check the biting head, gasket, blockage between teeth, wear state and other abnormal phenomena, and then use it after checking.
11. It is strictly forbidden to stay in the air for a long time when carrying a load.
