Horizontal hanging steel plate lifting clamp is an indispensable tool in the production process. In the process of use, the usage specifications should be kept in mind to increase the service life and production safety.
1. Before using hoisting pliers, you must be familiar with this safety operation procedure.
2. Before use, check the wear and deformation of the hoisting equipment, and record the inspection results in the inspection record. The hoisting shall be free from harmful defects such as cracks, sharp angles, burrs, corrosion, warping and torsion. Whether all its rotations are flexible and the fasteners cannot be loosened. If the section of the stressed member is worn or corroded to 10% of the original size or the opening of the jaws is increased by 10% compared to the original size, it must be scrapped and not used.
3. Horizontal lifting clamps can only be used for horizontal lifting of steel plates, and other uses are strictly prohibited.
4. According to the length and width of the steel plate and the lamination conditions, different horizontal hanging clamps should be selected. If you are lifting multiple long iron plates, you must use lifting tongs with fixed beams. Unfixed lifting tongs can be used for hoisting short or single steel plates. No matter what kind of lifting tongs are used, they are only allowed to be used in pairs, and the thickness of the lifting steel plate cannot exceed the specified thickness of the jaws.
5. After the lifting tongs have been used, they should be put back to the original place and placed neatly. Can not be stacked at will.
6. If the logo is lost, it should be replaced in time to avoid misuse.
7. The storage place should prevent rust and damage to the painted surface of the horizontal clamp.
8. When the steel plate clamp is not used for a long time, it should be coated with grease on all moving parts, and the rest of the parts should be painted.
