However, the hydraulic support has a high center of gravity, and the support stability is poor during handling.
Moreover, the trailer itself has no driving device, and the climbing ability is limited. Frame-type support carrier: its bearing structure is a U-shaped frame, on which there are four hydraulic drive wheels. The hydraulic support can be loaded and unloaded through the lifting of four sets of hydraulic devices, and then the clamping mechanism in the frame can fix the support. This vehicle has the advantages of light weight, low weight, convenient and fast loading and unloading of hydraulic support, and stable operation. It is currently the mainstream transport equipment for hydraulic support in the coal industry, Capable of handling hydraulic supports in various situations.
